Information you share with us

When you enquire or register your interest, you may provide your name, email address, property requirements, household details, pets and viewing availability. Please only include information relevant to your enquiry.

How we use it

We use these details to respond to you, arrange viewings and manage your property enquiry or request for property alerts. If you proceed after a viewing, tenant referencing is handled through OpenRent.

Property alerts

Property-alert requests remain active for up to six months unless you ask us to remove them sooner. You can email us to update your requirements or stop receiving alerts.

Your privacy choices

You can contact us to request access to your information, correction of inaccurate details or deletion where applicable. Depending on how your information is used, you may also have rights to object, restrict processing or request a portable copy. You can raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
